As a Recruiter, it is your calling to find us the people that will help us build a stellar tech team in Europe. From¬†Backend Developers¬†to¬†Product Managers to Machine Learning Engineers¬†: you know just how to find them and get them into your talent pipeline. You have a go-getter mindset and really enjoys scouring the talent market to find someone who'd be the¬†right fit for us. On top of that,¬†you like using your storytelling skills to paint a picture of what a this person¬īs long-term career at Corti could look like.

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with both our hiring managers as well as the people team, who will help you do your best work. We’re searching for a true team player who beyond doing a great job themselves, also looks for ways to make the rest of the team shine.

The impact you’ll make

  • Find & source great talent
    • Build and communicate the Corti story to reach the right talent

    • Conduct proactive searches for Commercial roles using the latest methods

    • Convince candidates that Corti is the best place for them to build a career

  • Run the recruitment processes for tech roles
    • Partner with Corti¬īs hiring managers to understand the hiring needs

    • Develop job descriptions that make sense

    • Conduct screening calls with candidates

    • Assess candidates for a match to both the role, the team, and Corti

    • Support the hiring managers in running the hiring process

    • Develop job offers and contracts for the most successful candidates

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field, either business or in tech

  • You have a few years experience in talent attraction or recruiting for technical roles from e.g. another start-up or a search agency

  • You want to make an impact and deliver results every day

  • You have a keen way of finding out what makes people are perfect match for Corti

  • You value honesty and a human-centred approach¬†in collaborating with others

  • You want to be part of an engaged people team

  • You work in a structured way and keep track of your results

  • You like a fast-paced environment where no day is the same

  • You like learning, whether it is a new skill, process, or technology

  • You take initiative, and have no problem driving tasks yourself

  • Reporting to: VP of People

  • The work location for this position is remote, but has to be in Europe

  • Full-time position, starting as soon as possible

  • Depending on project requirements, there could be travel from time to time
