What impact you'll make

  • Find & source great talent
    • Build and communicate the Corti story to reach the right talent

    • Conduct proactive searches for Commercial roles using the latest methods

    • Convince candidates that Corti is the best place for them to build a career

  • Run the full-cycle recruitment processes for go-to-market roles
    • Partner with Corti´s hiring managers to understand the hiring needs

    • Develop job descriptions that make sense

    • Conduct screening calls with candidates

    • Assess candidates for a match to both the role, the team, and Corti

    • Support the hiring managers in running the hiring process

    • Develop job offers and contracts for the most successful candidates

Job requirements

What will make you a great fit

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field, e.g Human Resources, International Business

  • Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment from an in-house recruiter position, headhunter, or executive search role

  • Experience from another start-up or tech company

  • Experience with sourcing candidates for go-to-market roles, incl. Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development

  • Proven track record of successful delivery against challenging time-to-fill targets

  • Solid interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal storytelling skills

  • Excited to flourish in a high-paced and dynamic environment

  • Experience with psychometric tool assessments is a plus

  • The work location for this position is remote, but has to be in the United States

  • Full-time position, starting as soon as possible

  • Depending on project requirements, there could be travel from time to time
