Corti is searching for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team! ☄️
What will you do?
You'll play a leading role in creating, enabling, managing, and executing our GTM (Go To Market) strategy for product and feature launches as well as any/all repositioning of previously launched products and features. You will develop a deep understanding of our ideal target audience and their challenges as well as the market and competitive landscape. This knowledge will also be leveraged to recommend and optimize ICPs, personas/buying committees, segmentation, positioning and messaging, sales enablement, campaigns, and to inform product strategy. Just as importantly, you will be the glue between our commercial team and your product counterpart to make sure our teams are aligned.
🔥🚀 The impact you'll make
Capture prospect and customer insights: Use the “voice of the customer” to guide our commercial efforts and partner with product to help make certain what we are building is a “must have” and not a “nice to have”.
Perform regular market and competitive research: Inform your recommendations and to allow you to act as the expert for all of our teams.
Develop GTM launch plans for products and features: Act as the project manager for the necessary deliverables from marketing, sales, and customer success.
Define product features/benefits: This includes value propositions, positioning and messaging, ICPs, content needs, and more.
Work with executives to determine launch plan goals: Make sure they are well communicated and teams are aligned around them.
Create compelling storytelling: Create material that resonates with prospects and customers around the world.
Draft content: Create content that includes, but is not limited to, website copy, sales decks, data sheets, and case studies.
Perform win/loss analysis, run experiments: This includes positioning and messaging, personas, pricing, and work with teams as necessary to share findings and make changes, as necessary.
Partner with appropriate teams: Cross-team collaboration to determine adoption and business cases and help to drive success measures such as engagement, customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Track and analyze relevant KPIs: to help you achieve your goals while making increasingly better decisions.
