Then join us at Corti as a part-time People Operations Specialist to ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly! It’ll be your job to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks in our people processes. Your structured approach around managing data and getting the documentation right will have a direct impact on the efficiency of the People team and experience of Corti employees, whom we lovingly call Cortians.

You’ll be working closely with all aspects related to people processes across both the finance and people team, who will help you do your best work. Becoming a specialist in People Operations will be a journey, and you will continuously learn by doing!

The impact you’ll make

  • You will play a key role in various people processes, including hiring and salary reviews

  • You will be our go-to person for our employee handbook, maintain it, and answer questions that cannot be found there.

  • You will implement new policies and procedures that will make working at Corti better

  • You will create structure and visualize our data to tell a clear story

  • You will work with internal and external experts on developing contract templates that will allow us to hire employees in a remote setting

  • You will ensure that all employees have the needed documentation in place, including employment contracts, background checks, and other vital information

  • You will manage the set-up and data in key HR systems, such as Lattice and TriNet

  • You will support with selecting and implementing an HR Information system to automate manual activities where needed

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You are currently studying, or you recently graduated in a relevant field, e.g. Human Resources Management or International Business

  • You want to be part of a social and engaging people team

  • You have a keen eye for detail

  • You can create dashboards based on data

  • You like a fast-paced environment where no day is the same

Practicalities

  • Reporting to: VP of People

  • The work location for this position is in Denmark

  • Part-time position, starting as soon as possible

  • Depending on project requirements, there could be travel from time to time
