We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to navigate marketing campaigns, creating inbound leads for Corti’s products. We’re here to pioneer and establish our technology in new verticals and market, improving patient outcomes and saving lives all over the world ⭐

The impact that you will make at Corti:

  • Developing and executing online and offline campaigns: You'll be responsible for digital marketing and brand partnerships. This includes gamification and on-ground activation to drive traffic to digital channels.

  • Optimizing growth channels: You'll be identifying and developing all growth channels to drive revenue growth in new product areas.

  • Analyzing marketing data: Taking user feedback from campaign results, conversation rates, and traffic, to help shape the future of Corti's marketing strategies.

  • Continuously driving new initiatives: In order to attract prospects and convert leads, you will test new approaches to capture the existing demand in the market.

  • Planning and implementing initiatives e2e: You'll plan and implement initiatives to reach the target market through various channels, from social media to Google. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with owning strategy to content creation to metric measurement and iteration from beginning to end.

You'll be joining the Business Development team at Corti, which works to support with ideas, initiatives, and activities that can help us improve and accelerate growth. You’ll collaborate with your teammates and have the chance to work with Cortians across departments to expand and enable Corti to continue to grow and succeed in our mission to making a positive impact to the healthcare space, affecting millions of patients worldwide, including yourself and your loved ones.

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Math/Statistics, Economics, or a similar field

  • Relevant Growth Hacking experience with a proven track record of delivering results

  • Experience creating and managing campaigns in Google Ads.

  • Analytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights.

  • Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to prioritize; ability to operate both strategically and tactically in an often ambiguous environment.

  • Skills in project management and organization.

  • The ability to work independently and autonomously.

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Experience in e-commerce, digital, health tech, and/or highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environments is a plus.

  • And most importantly, lots of ambition to succeed as a team! 


Practicalities

  • Full-time position, starting as soon as possible.

  • The position is remote or from our offices in Copenhagen.

  • Expected travel days are 7-10 days a year.
