Are you a recent university graduate in a commercial field, and dreaming of building a career in Sales? Do you want to be part of a global scale-up that enables health professionals to use AI to deliver life-saving services in better ways? 

🚀 Then join the Corti Sales Academy, an exciting talent program for you who are passionate about combining building a career in Sales with creating a better world through technology. You start out as a SDR for 12 months, after which you will be able to progress into one of the other exciting areas of our commercial team: Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Business Development, and RevOps! Or, you can of course stay in the SDR field!

Who we look for

We are looking for motivated sales-minded individuals to join a team that will open up the American market - we know we have a big opportunity there to make a true impact and are counting on our team of outbound specialists to spread the word. You will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, and ultimately grow sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. Whether you are straight out of university, have been with another start-up, or have already some experience in sales, we are looking for you!

What you will get
  • You will be part of an official sales training program based on the Sandler methodology
  • You will have an experienced Account Executive as a Buddy to learn from

  • At the end of the year, you get to move into Sales or one of the other verticals in commercial: Marketing, RevOps, Business Development, and Partnerships

The impact you'll make
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Seek new business opportunities in our core market (Emergency Medical Services and Healthcare clients)
  • Perform email, social & calling prospecting campaigns on a daily basis
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our Sales Representatives
  • Iterate constantly on your outbound methodology to improve our joint playbook
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Work with Marketing to design large scale campaigns for more targeted outbound
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Job requirements

What you will bring

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • A go-getting attitude - you love getting results and creating a positive impact
  • A learning approach - you are excited to grow your skills and learn more about what it takes to be a successful sales professional
  • A passion to succeed as a team - we believe in a great team spirit with constant sharing of best-practice
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Native-level fluency in American-English


  • Full-time position, starting as soon as possible
  • Candidate has to be based in the U.S.
  • The position is remote
  • Candidate has the opportunity to travel inside and occasionally outside the US
